Mazars is looking for a Junior Corporate Tax Consultant to strengthen its team in Ghent.

Your function

• You will assist our national and international clients in meeting tax compliance and reporting demands
• You will prepare corporate income tax returns and compute income tax provisions
• You will assist on due diligence work in relation to corporate acquisitions
• You will follow closely changes in the tax legislation
• You will have direct customer contact and will manage the client files assigned to you while relying on the support of a senior consultant and working in team
• You will prepare tax opinions on a wide range of tax areas (including transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, multidisciplinary projects, etc.)

Your profile

• You have obtained your master’s degree in law, (Applied) Economics or Postgraduate in Tax
• You have an excellent knowledge and communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken and a good knowledge of French
• You are client focused with a hands-on attitude
• You are highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, can solve complex problems in a pragmatic and qualitative way
• You are eager to learn and a good team player
