About Mazars

Mazars is an international consultancy firm specialized in audit, accounting, tax and advisory services. We’re an ambitious player and we’re looking for a passionate senior employment Law expert to join our Legal team. We like to bring out the best out of everyone and we contribute to the development of talent within our organization.

Your function:

As a senior employment law consultant

• You will advise and assist large and middle large companies regarding all personnel related matters, both employment law and social security aspects, nationally and internationally.
• You will be involved in drafting all sorts of employment documents, advice and assist our payroll team on employment queries, assist our clients with all employment related issues going from hiring to redundancies.
• You will assist clients in HR audits and will be involved in employment aspects regarding mergers and acquisitions.

Your profile

• You have obtained a master’s degree in law and ideally a specialization in employment law.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar function in an (international) legal advisory firm or a law firm.
• You are highly motivated, you have excellent communication skills and you are looking for opportunities to exceed expectations and take ownership of projects assigned to you
• You have an open and creative mind and you are keen to work and manage client relationships.
• You are a teamplayer, problem-solver, are eager to learn and pay attention to details;
• You are client centric and want to help your client in a pragmatic way;
• You are able to work in a rapidly changing work environment and a variety of missions stimulate your hands-on mentality.
