About this position

We wish to appoint a Compliance Senior Assistant, in our Quality and Compliance Function, in our office in Athens.

The candidate will work in a professional environment with strong team spirit, participating in interesting and challenging projects and developing self into a highly qualified professional.


  • Conduct compliance risk assessments
  • Develop and update compliance policies and procedures
  • Participate in the quality system management
  • Implement policies regarding the AML process
  • Manage the client satisfaction survey process
  • Assist in the performance of KYC process
  • Participate in a wide range of compliance related procedures


  • Business Administration, Management, Law or Political Science (Msc will be considered an asset)
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficient writing and verbal skills in English
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
