WHAT IS THE WORKING ATMOSPHERE LIKE?
The working atmosphere at Mazars is friendly and dynamic. Events are organised within the firm throughout the year so that employees can meet and discuss in a relaxed setting.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
There are no typical days in audit or consulting. You alternate between days away on the premises of the client and days in the office. Regardless, you always work in a team on various issues and across various business sectors.
IS FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED?
In Mazars we believe that we need to be in very close contact with the clients.
You may therefore be required to carry out your missions on the premises of the client.
WHAT ARE THE WORKING HOURS?
The standard daily working hours are 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM with one-hour lunch break included.
However, within the Flexible Working Hours program, you can choose the starting hour from 8 am to 10 am. Also, you can choose to have a Short Friday and work for the remaining 4 days of the week from 8 am to 6 pm.
There is also the possibility to work from home, after discussing with your direct manager.
HOW IS A TEAM STRUCTURED?
Generally on client projects, a team is formed of an assistant/juniors, a senior and a manager/senior manager.
The composition of the team varies according to the size and the complexity of the project.
WHO CAN WE REFER TO DURING MY EMPLOYMENT?
During your employment, you can directly refer to either your mentor or line manager if you have any questions related to your assignments.

The interns are trained at the headquarters for 1 to 2 weeks. Next, the missions will be entrusted to them.
