Basic Qualifications:
- With 1-2 years working experience in Transaction Services or Financial Audit
- Graduate in Economics or other relevant areas
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English
- Willingness to continuously improve their knowledge
What you’ll do:
- This new colleague will be part of an inter-disciplinary Mergers & Acquisition advisory team and will be accountable for:
- Understand the economic aspects of the companies which our clients want to acquire or sell
- Analyze financial and non-financial information (balance sheets, profit and loss statements, industry reports)
- Raise questions to the management and staff regarding accounting and business matters
- Perform research on different topics (industry or other subject matters)
- Correlate company evolutions with detailed accounting information
- Write sections of Due diligence reports
