Responsibilities
- Delivering platform deployment in various countries/various countries
- End-to-end ownership of the software development plan and all deliverables within it
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, resources, deliverables and timelines
- Tracking against time, quality, and budget for all workstream related activity
- Continuously monitoring the progress of workstream activities, spotting potential blockers and ensuring prompt and proper remediation preventing delays
- Ensuring continuous and effective communication to relevant team members, stakeholders and colleagues
- Developing and fostering effective working relationships Mazar’s countries to ensure the best results for all stakeholders
- Track and monitor the development of future possible developments
Experience and knowledge
The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years’ experience in a project-driven environment, ideally acquired in an international organization. We are looking for a project manager with an international mindset, strong interpersonal and organization skills and business acumen.
- Experience with PMO tools and best practices (implementing \ operating). Background in applications deployment constitutes an advantage
- Enterprise level financial management and budgeting experience
- Operational experience across large scale, complex organizations
- Experience of developing, managing, and prioritizing conflicting business demand and matching it to limited resources
- Self-driven and able to work productively without continuous supervision
- Excellent communication and stakeholders’ management capabilities. Fluency in English is a must, any other European language represents a plus
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Highly effective planning and prioritization skills
