We look for a colleague in our Outsourcing-Payroll team:
- With 3 – 5 years of experience in payroll & personnel administration;
- Relevant university degree (economic related preferably);
- Experience in outsourced services is also required;
- Solid statutory payroll, labor legislation and human resources knowledge;
- Experience in working with at least one payroll application;
- Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines) and to manage uncertainty;
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, with emphasis on Excel);
- Good Project Management skills;
- Business oriented thinking and approach;
- Work independently and take initiative;
- Solid analytical skills, professional attitude, reliable and sociable;
- Candidates should be able to work in a multinational/ multicultural environment and capable to handle confidential information;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English (French/ German are an advantage);
- Genuine desire to develop skills, motivation for professional development.

What will be his/ her role in our team:
- To provide high-quality payroll services to BPO client portfolio
- To prepare statutory payroll statements and the related tax returns
- To prepare reimbursement files to be submitted to the Romanian Health Authority
- To prepare payment orders for the salaries, taxes and social contributions including operating in various on-line banking systems
- To assist the HR & Payroll Manager with month-end consolidation
- To liaise with staff and management on payroll related queries
- To draft employment contracts, addenda, decisions and ad-hoc personnel documents including preparation of certificates required by the employees (seniority, medical, bank, etc.)
- To fill in, update and submit the Electronic Register of Employees (REVISAL) in due time
- To prepare various reports according to relevant legislation and to the client’s policy
- To offer specialized consultancy on labor legislation
- To follow and keep track of all projects allocated
