Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Accounting and/or Finance
- 2-3 years experience in Tax with focus on VAT
- Membership of CAFR/CECCAR would be an asset
- ACCA student or graduate would be an asset
- Knowledge of the new Romanian tax regulations
- Open-minded, client oriented work approach
- Experience in working in an international environment with mainly foreign clients
- Team-oriented work in projects with professionals from different fields
- Proficient in English both verbal and written
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities:
- Support the existing team in their daily challenges with tax compliance and tax opinions
- Closely working with Senior Tax Managers for: technical research, tax compliance issues and tax reviews
- Work both independently and as a part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Operate professionally and with highest integrity
- Manage proactively client relationships
- Interface and establish credibility with senior level executives
- Prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments, completing assignments on time and on budget
